Configuring Scheduling Availabilities
As a coach, your scheduling availabilities are like your "working hours" on Mindbeat. Here you can control when you're available for your members to book you for coaching sessions. When offering appointment slots to your members, Mindbeat will always ensure that they're within your working hours, and if you've connected your calendar - that they don't clash with any of your busy events in your calendar.
Configuring your scheduling availabilities
Navigate to Your Settings page by clicking on your name in the upper right hand side of the screen, and then clicking Your Settings.
Navigate to the Scheduling Availability settings page from the sidebar:
Click on the month name to quickly jump to another month, or use the arrows on the right hand side to display the next or previous month.
Recurring or one-off availabilities
On the calendar, recurring availabilities are those that occur every week and are displayed with a dashed border. One-off availabilities only effect that particular day and are highlighted in red.
Changing your availabilities
To edit your availability, click into the day that you'd like to edit - please note that you can only edit the availabilities of days in the future.
Doing so will present a pop-up where you can edit your availabilities for that day:
In the pop-up you can choose whether to apply your changes as a one-off or recurring availability by clicking the appropriate "Apply" button.
