Your Mindbeat Email Account

Activating your email account

Pre-requisites:

  • Your Mindbeat email address
  • Your temporary password

You can activate your Mindbeat email inbox by doing the following:

  1. Visit https://gmail.com
  2. If you're prompted to enter you login details, skip to step 4.
  3. Click on your Profile image on the top right of the screen, and click "Add another account"
  4. Enter your login details
  5. You'll be prompted to change your password after logging.
  6. Enable Two-Factor Authentication to prevent being locked out of your account.


Accessing your email account

Your Mindbeat email account can always be accessed online by visiting https://gmail.com.

What if I have multiple Gmail accounts?

If you have multiple Gmail accounts, visiting https://gmail.com may show you one of your other accounts. You can always tell which Gmail account you're currently accessing by clicking on your profile image on the top right of the screen (pictured below).

You can switch to your Mindbeat email account by clicking on your profile image, and then choosing your Mindbeat email address from the list that appears.

Accessing your email account from a new computer

Accessing your email account from another computer (e.g.: if you've recently bought a new device) is similar to activating it for the first time.

Please note that accessing your Mindbeat email account from a device that you don't own goes against our security policies and guidelines, and is not allowed.

  • Your Mindbeat email address password (this is different to your platform password)
