Forced Member Feedback

Members will not be able to attend the next coaching session until they have left ratings for the previous one. Members will receive a reminder from us telling them they need to do this before the next session but if they click attend session a box will pop up for them asking for a rating. This might therefore cause a few seconds delay for Members attending their session with you.

We are letting Members know that this change has taken place but you might want to mention this as well in your next session and also moving forward in your first sessions with Members.
