Hosting Group Sessions
Prerequisites
- A Pro Zoom account
- Zoom account connected to Mindbeat (instructions here)
Sessions you're hosting
You can find any upcoming group sessions that you're hosting by clicking into the "My Group Sessions" page under the "Coaching Platform" heading in the left hand menu.
Sessions are organised as "Upcoming" and "Past" sessions: to see more details about any session, and to launch and start sessions click into the session by clicking on the "Manage session" button.
Starting and ending sessions
After clicking into a session, you'll be able to launch the Zoom video call, as well as mark the session as started and ended.
- Start off by Launching the session by clicking the "Launch session" button. This will open up a Zoom video call that Mindbeat members will also join as part of the group session.
- When the start time approaches - click on the "Mark session as started".
- At the end of the session, click "Mark session as ended" - this will allow the members taking part in the session to submit any feedback.
