How to Invoice Mindbeat
Invoices should be sent to finance@mindbeat.app by the 3rd of the month (for the previous month’s coaching sessions) in order to be processed and paid by the end of the month.
If you wish you can use the template below when invoicing Mindbeat for your coaching services.
Any invoices received after the 3rd of the month will be processed the following month. For example, invoices sent to finance@mindbeat.app on the 1st of July (for sessions up to and including the 30th of June) will be paid to you by the 31st of July. Only sessions from June and previous months can be included in the invoice.
The coaches are responsible for ensuring that the coaching sessions on the system match those detailed on the invoice, including any missed/cancelled sessions. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing the invoice. When submitting an invoice, the coach should confirm that the sessions detailed on the invoice match those detailed on the Mindbeat system.
It would be much appreciated if you could kindly invoice us for your services on a monthly basis rather than on a project basis. You must include the client/company name, programme name, your member/s name, the total time of your coaching sessions (including prep & post work), and of course the total fee amount.
We kindly ask you to remember that prep & post work should not be billed for a session that was cancelled past the cancellation notice period.
